This message is for the owner(s). Please spend some money on upkeeps. This place is deteriorating little by little. I love coming here and hate to see it like other Crunchs down south. - The sauna light was fixed, now I can see how dirty and nasty it is. - The shower's relocated soap dispenser holes. If you dont fix it you will have worse problems down the road. - Leaking shower valves - waste of water bill. - Shower missing side door. - Lockers maintance unkept. - Lockers tile floor holes.

Equipment has been broken for months... When asked staff says they're waiting on parts. Even if that is the case, months without functioning equipment is unacceptable. Turnaround on repairs needs to be improved. Parts need to be kept onsite. The gym is incredibly dirty and does not feel like it is being upkept. Bathrooms are disgusting and I actively choose to avoid them. Gym etiquette is not enforced nor is it taught to new clientele. In fact, I have seen trainers teaching their clients to take up multiple machines at once, not use them for their intended purposes, and have them do exercises in inconvenient out of the way places. Equipment is not being wiped down. Weights are not being re-racked. Wipe stations often go empty for hours. Staff does nothing to fix this and seems to not care. Staff also does nothing to organize the gym in their downtime and choose to mingle and socialize instead. Attitude from staff in general is nonschalant. Seems that the majority of staff are trainers that only care about getting clientele and teaching them silly useless exercises. The gym needs to hire more staff that care for the gym. Way too many trainers on staff. Overall I'm extremely dissatisfied with my membership and wish there was a better gym nearby. The only reason I choose to keep my membership is the convenient location. I feel as though my $20/month is being wasted and not used to improve the gym. I also feel as though the staff does not respect me as a paying customer and brushes off any concerns I bring to their attention. I would not recommend this gym.

The gym itself is very nice. It’s clean, has good equipment, and the facility is well maintained. Unfortunately, the customer service at the front desk completely changed my experience. I brought a guest with me, and what should have been a 10-second check-in turned into almost a 10-minute wait. During the busy morning hours, that’s simply unacceptable. The reception staff seemed unprepared and the process was unnecessarily slow. When members have to wait that long for something so simple, it gives the impression that their time isn’t being valued. I hope management addresses the reception issues because the gym deserves better customer service to match the quality of the facility.

Amazing location! Vast, clean, and full of helpful people! Tristin was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and got me situated with a membership right away. Also, SUPER nice. I'm now set for a training session with Reilly, who was also awesome, and I feel very ready to jump in. Zero need to feel intimidated, people, make the switch 🙌

UPDATE !!! *****The woman’s locker room is clean now !! I even saw a cleaning crew working in the gym. I’m changing my stars to 5 ! Plus ….If you need a personal trainer ask for Preston!! He is great , he takes the time to get to know you and figures out an exercise plan tailored to you ! He is an amazing guy ! I just started with him but he is already helping me and the way I feel and work out ! Equipment is good , there seems to be enough equipment and no waiting ! There are many people here all the time but it’s not over crowded at all . There are massage beds , tanning booth and classes being held constantly. The locker rooms are now clean ! Feels good in there.
